Print a hard copy,completing all questions in their entirety. Turn in to Ms. Sarah McLeod in room #539 at Apopka High School or Ms. Deborah Carswell at Wekiva High School.
Your application will be reviewed by members of the Youth Advisory Board and then you will be contacted to schedule an interview.
